These Terms govern the use of Mundo Luckyboy ("the App"), an internal content-publishing tool for the Mundo Luckyboy media brand.
The App connects to the owner's own social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) through the platforms' official APIs to upload and publish the brand's own original creative content (images and videos). It is operated by and for the Mundo Luckyboy brand.
The App is used only to publish original content owned by the operator, in compliance with each platform's own Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. The App does not scrape, harvest, or interact with other users' data, and is not used for spam, bots-for-hire, or any prohibited activity.
All content published through the App is original work owned by the operator. The operator is solely responsible for the content published.
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The operator is responsible for ensuring all activity complies with the connected platforms' policies.
These Terms may be updated. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
